I agree, I'd normally recognise it as What The Fuck (or World Taekwondo
Federation, but then, I'm a blackbelt in Taekwondo so I'm very used to
seeing WTF meaning that).
I guess he means "Want To Find". Never heard it meaning that before, but
sounds plausible.
