It depends on what WYSWIG editor you're using (I am assuming that we are
dicussing a form textfield editor). I'm sure some of them can be
configured. You may want to check out the one at
<http://themaninblue.com/writing/perspective/2005/01/27/>, which will
prompt the user that is will remove bad code.
