Nvu has its flaws, but I just glanced at the source of the page you
reference below. Judging by that, Webpage Maker V2 is horrifically bad and
should be avoided like the plague.
Aside from anything else it has little your document with a huge stack of:
<font class="ws12" color="#000000" face="Georgia"><B>
</B></font>
Bold spaces of a specific colour and font? SPACES?! And using non-breaking
spaces for padding!
It shoves the entire content in a div ... which is gives a width that is
much wider then the content ... thus causing a useless horizontal scrollbar
to appear.
Forget any problems you are having, throw the software out, and start
marking up you content from scratch. It will be rather easier then trying
to fix that heap of garbage that "Webpage Mark V2" has spewed out and
called HTML.
