Putting aside the fact that it is spam for a minute.

Am I to assume that the <font ...> segment, (
<FONT face=&#21326;&#25991;&#34892;&#26999;color=#ff0000>), that was
breaking IE, (and FF a little), was probably a mistake?

The domain given as an email address was *@126.com and that look a bit
iffy to me as well.
The same user/bot has tried to add 3 more messages with the same broken
font.

What I mean is, was this just spam? Or with it spam with a touch of
trying to break my site?
