 There are plenty of jobs.wanted groups, AFAIR c.l.p's charter
 doesn't permit job postings. Although you'll hardly find people objecting
 to them.

 Few people ever bother to read the charter, and IMHE very few people
 realise why having the charter is a Good Idea(tm).
