Don't send unsolicited emails to customers unless they "double opt-in".
All it takes is 1 customer reporting your ISP as a source of spam and
_ALL_ email sent from it will be flagged as such by various spam filters.
There's not much you can do once your customers email systems flag your
ISP as a blackhat spammer except maybe switch to another ISP or use a
professional email list server. They ain't cheap but it's your business
and your call if you want to go back to using the USmail and paper
instead.
