Basically, I what I'm trying to do is bring up command prompt on a CPU with
Run and Cmd disabled by GPO, so I can do an ipconfig without having to
logoff and relogon as an admin ( or similar such diagnostic stuff )
I can get runas to pop up and disappear, but I want to open command window
in admin context.
It seems to work ,except that html parser in Outlook flips the "/" in
....%20/user.myUser...." to a "\" and I think this screws up the whole
process.
any suggestions appreciated
