I'm not sure if what you're trying to do is entirely possible, as the
log is for PHP errors and not PHP errors with particular
websites/domains. If you look through the php.ini file, track_errors
allows you to store the last error message in a global variable called
$php_errormsg. It would be possible to add this into your scripts,
although it might not be entirely feasible for you to do so. The only
other thing I can think of, would be to add some kind of call back
function to either PHP or apache. I think it's possible to do so with
both, although I am not entirely sure.

Sorry I can't be of more help.
