Use
error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors', '1');
at the very top of *all* your scripts, right after the first <?php tag.
When the script produces no warnings or notices, you won't even need to
remove those lines :)

If you *really* need to mail me, use the address in the Reply-To
header with a message in *plain* *text* *without* *attachments*.
