I've never seen any unbiased comparisons running around. Most are very
much "A does this better than B" or "A can do this and B can't". And
you can substitute either ASP or PHP for either A or B.
They're both good programming languages. Figure out what your
requirements are, then choose the language based on those requirements,
knowledge of existing programmers, etc.
