Actually, IE7 does both. You can still change the text size using the
"view" menu (if you can figure out how to re-enable the menu system
first!), but you can also use the zoom tool in the bottom-right of the
window (or press ctrl +/- to achieve the same effect).

Could you explain this a bit more? It's not that I disagree, but rather
that I don't understand what you mean :)
