Gee, shucks, thanks (blush). Now if only I could get people to pay me
vast sums for doing sites for them.
It will probably all break one day. I wanted to use those fade-y
backgrounds and conform to the current fashion of wasting screen width
on both sides, and the easiest way to do it was by styling <html>. It
works everywhere I've tried it except IE5x, and I reckon it looks fine
in that anyway.
