Htm/htmll should be used for static pages and php for dynamic but one reason
exist for using html extension for dynamic page. Name of this reason is
Google :-) Though it is strange the Google robots visit htm/html pages
frequently then php. This is one of many SEO practices how to mystify Google
and other lookup servers.
