You could have a look at http://www.servoy.com if you have some money
to spend. Servoy is a java-based (so platform-independent) rad-tool
(rad = rapid application development).
Else you could have a look at OpenOffice 2.0 (is it out yet??),
available on linux/win.
Or you can consider Access on linux with the help of Wine (a kind-of
windows emulator)
Or you can code it all with PHP
Well, there you have some options, anyway
