Look up the help files on it for your software, there may be a
simple tute and some tables of patterns. When doing what I
suggested, don't forget to tick the "change only selected text"
box or similar. It is powerful stuff and you don't want it
running wild over the whole file (though command Z or control Z
can reverse all). You can use it to set up and change all sorts
of things over multiple files too - but always test on one file
at least before doing this, there can be unexpected (but
perfectly "correct") results.
