I have problem:
function setcookies does not work under Xp + IE
i wrote

setcookie('name', '$value', false, '/', 'false', 0);

its all in php script and nothing, no cookies sent. But only on IE, i
start page on Opera or Mozzilla and it works, only on IE no.
Dont know anyone reason?
