It's a bit funny that it is not available. But you can always type the
RESTORE command in a query window. If you are uncertain about the
syntax, you can pick a local file in the dialog, then select the Script
option in the top of the window, and change what you get.
If you think this is important, I suggest that you go to
http://connect.microsoft.com to see if anyone else has asked for this,
and in such case vote on the suggestion. Else, submit your own suggestion.
