I figured it out:

o "<td class = \"aptbody\" width = 15%>";
echo "<a href= ".stripslashes($row["location_url2"]).">Click
here</a>";
echo "</td>";

forgot a couple of those pesky dots. :)

Is there a better way of doing this?
