Make your mail content less spammy.

Spam filters use a variety of filters to classify mail as spam. Avoid
things like:

- No name in the "From" field, just an address
- Subject line in ALL CAPS
- Body consists of one large image

Really, this isn't a PHP question. The fact that you sent the message
using PHP's mail() function is irrelevant -- the recipients have no way of
knowing that you sent it through PHP, so are not filtering on that.
