Some of us are either lazy or too busy to learn to do it 
properly. I can't imagine doing it without having fairly 
fast feedback on the look and feel of it but, there again, 
things have moved on at a smart pace since I last did a web 
site, a few years ago. 
 
I am sorting things out though. I have to remedy the 
situation soon.
