I have solved the problem,
I used "form":

<form id="form" action="php_script.php" method="get">
<input id="name" name="name" type="hidden" value="" />
<input name="submit" type="submit" value="submit" />
</form>
<script type="text/javascript">
//name = 'JACK';
document.getElementById('name').value = name;
document.getElementById('form').submit();
</script>

It works just fine.
