The only issue left is that when I use the active dynamic class it goes away
in firefox while not in IE but a new isue is that if the mouse button is
held and the button is "dragged" off the table and then dragged back on the
nav bar will not reset itself and the image will state active even though
there should not be any. I think this might be a bug in the web browers but
not sure. (It seems like they are loosing the state for some reason)
