As far as I know, no. php.ini is a quite simple file to edit, it's just plain
text. Maybe you want a graphical environment, then I suggest vnc (in this case
use tightvnc, first uninstall the old one and then install the tightvnc), then
you can use a text editor that you can control with the mouse.
