Searching just for the term "Backwater" my site turns up at the top of
page 8...not bad considering the lot of you seem to think Google
ignores meta tags and all the content is in an iframe. Basically by
the lot of your sides arguments my site shouldn't show up AT ALL and
yet, huh, it does.
Oh, btw, what you were talkin about, with the sex sites, that actually
had nothing to do with meta tags at all, it had everything to do with
doing shit like this:
Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz
Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear,
and then matching the font color to like your background. It stopped
though after search engines started ignoring duplicate words and such.
Plus the major driving factor in Google's searches now a days is
simple traffic. Like let's say 5,000,000 searches were run on the
word "Backwater" and the vast majority of those search queries
resulted in hits to my site via Google, my site ranking would go up
higher. That's also the reason that mainstream corp websites usually
get top ranking. It has nothing to do with the code nor content on
their site, it has everything to do wit the sheer volume of hits.
