You can do that easily enough with your browser and switch back and forth to
view the results. Most of those editors that have "preview" features aren't
doing much more than this.
A good text editor with syntax highlighting, the ability to store code
snippets and some sort of macro / programming capability will make things
way easier for you.

Notetab Plus (I use. Notetab Lite is free, has everything as Plus except
for syntax hightlighting)
PSPad (Freeware)
Alleycode (Freeware)
HTMLKit (Freeware I think)
