WAMP needs webserver. The idea with similar products is to use PHP
as a scripting system--think about the ebook with dynamic pages or
interactive PHP pages. FWIW, Chung Leong has done Freestyle and then
Wapache. There are also PHP4App and similar things.
You should stop complaining a product and indent if you're not sure
about it; oh, heck--you won't. Won't you?
