Hello Marcin,

United States here.

All the servers tend to work in a like fashion.

SERVER_ORIGIN => SERVER_2 => ISP_SERVER => YOUR_COMPUTER

When you post something, it goes directly to the server you are
hooked up to. That then relays the information to the contracted
server (if such exists). That then relays the information to the final
host.

SERVER_2 may not exist, but that may vary based upon the country
you live in and how your ISP contracts/negotiates connections to
news servers.

ISP_SERVER is typically your Internet Service Provider, which
may be the local government, or a telecommunications company,
or some other media sales channel. In the United States it ends
up as a telephone company or America Online or Microsoft or
some guys that run their own business (not many of these but one
might exist somewhere in the United States).
