I am not familiar with Perl so much as I am with PHP, although I've
planned to learn Perl as my system relies on it heavily and I would
like to make optimizations, I've only played with it. Anyways, I'm
curious why you make this distinction... what is a person who uses PHP
then? A designer? Why is that person not a programmer if they use PHP?
Last time I checked PHP makes use of objected oriented techniques and
class techniques which are very much in the programming category.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
