Hey they're using IE, make every image have an ALT value then they can
be pestered by little balloons popping up everywhere!

MS has a balloon fetish, just love going on default configure WinXP
system and try to log out and that damn hint balloon covers the log out
button...GRR I guess that's why my WinXPPro CD still sits on the shelf
and Win2K is on my system.
