So the deal is you sit having to make up a title with words that
are more useful than in the alt for tooltip display and have them
show up in lots and lots of browsers just to get better words in
IE bubbles. I don't think this is such a good deal. Let IE do
what it wants, maybe just be careful of writing a decent text
that will do the job generally and be not all that inappropriate
in IE.
