Jukka's almost right about this. It isn't just a matter of bad style:  
it's a matter of whether the reader knows what he's talking about. At  
least some, if not most, readers have already lost a grip of the subject  
line by the time they start reading the message. It's in the writer's  
own interest to begin the message at the beginning.
