No one with any class would allow some gal to be called a "T.C.". I'm
surprised he hasn't gotten sued for sexual harassment about it. But
such are the small minds.
But you're right, it's very hard to get yourself fired when you work for
the government. So while the government hires both good and mediocre
(I'll give some the benefit of the doubt) people, the good get jobs
outside of gub'ment and move up. The rest can't get fired.

I'll take it one step further. The idea that the government can do
ANYTHING is laughable.
I will admit the lower levels of the military (i.e. non officers) do a
great job. Low-level officers do OK, but the higher you go, the worse
they get. And the a couple of others like the FBI and National Park
Service do a good job.
But the higher you go in government, the more incompetent people get.
At least we get a new President and Vice President at least once every
eight years. Wish the same were true for most of the rest of the
government.
