Probably easiest with Apache's MultiViews (assuming you use Apache, that
is ;)). See <http://httpd.apache.org/docs/1.3/content-negotiation.html>.
But note that there are good arguments to not have filename extensions
in URLs at all. See <http://www.w3.org/TR/chips/#cp3.1> and
<http://www.w3.org/Provider/Style/URI.html>.
