I have noticed a few messages by you Zach. If I was you lob that book in
the bin .... its way out of date. Use this group to find information
your need or google for popular PHP sites, there are loads out there!.
utf-8 is the best to use. It handles non standard characters a lot
better. That was putting it simple by the way.
