Steve, you are a very wise individual. I am currently writing a design
document and it will be up on my website ASAP. If anyone would like
further details, I can provide them easily.
Further info:
This application will use a dynamic database. That is, the database
will hold data and functions. The PHP will be "on top" of the database
layer, calling the functions when HTTP requests are sent to the server.
In some ways, this system will act like wiki systems (such as
wikipedia.org) that do not use files to store articles or data. Still,
a more flexible system can be created, and that is what I aim to do.
