You can install on your computar the xampp distribution
(http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html) and then you have already
an apache server on your windows. Then you must only run the apache
server with a bat file. xampp is so easy!!!
Then, if you want type code with some help you can download eclipse
(http://www.eclipse.org/) and an extensiΓ³n for developping php script
called phpeclipse (http://phpeclipse.sourceforge.net/).
There is another open software called devphp
(http://devphp.sourceforge.net/) und thatΒ΄s all OPEN SOURCE!!!
