In our last episode, Barbara de Zoete <b_de_zoete@hotmail.com>
pronounced to alt.html:

And for those who can't read a DTD...go and learn. ;-)

Just kidding (though it is worthwhile) - the O O after the element name
means that both the opening and closing tags are optional.
