As someone else mentioned, change your robots.txt file and get rid of the
frames. The search engines will end up indexing one frame or the other, as
well as both together. Also, your sitemap should not be inside of a
JavaScript popup window -- it should open in a regular HTML page.
After you fix all of that, get some inbound links from other
related sites and it should index much better. If you get good inbound
links you don't need to submit your site to the major search engines.
They will naturally find it through the links.
