I meant using:
if(($x = @fopen('http://www.stammis.com/getstart.php')) !== false) {
}
instead of:
if(file_exists('http://www.stammis.com/getstart.php')) {
$x = fopen('http://www.stammis.com/getstart.php');
}
And you need to check the speed more than once.
