I tried that was with no avail. The JS was just cosmetics by the original
designer.
Now I am trying a new angle.
The Form remains in: http://www.primarywave.com/eRSP_Contact.htm
but the form processing code is in
http://www.primarywave.com/eRSP_Contact.php
Its says I have an error in last line of the code i.e line 35.
