I quick stroll through the archives ought to answer your question. You
have many options. It could be as simple as:
if($login) {
print("<iframe src=\"http://url.for.app.b\"></iframe>\n");
}
It depends what you want to do and how aware you want your two
applications to be of each other, which you haven't really explained.
