You need to have your form-page-script and the value-script on the same machine.
in the form-page-script you make the input tags like
<?PHP include('value-script.php');
<form>
<input type="hidden" name="business" value="<?PHP echo $varbusiness; ?>">
</form>
in your value-script you have
$varbusiness="what ever you want";
