Yes, I have that setup on one of my machines. I set IIS to run port 81
and apache on port 80. I even go as far as setting the doc root to the
same directory on the machine. That way, I can have 2 windows open. One
to localhost and the other to localhost:81 to observe differences
between server software. In my case I have php installed for both servers...
