No it hasn't.
If you told us _why_ you want to take great trouble in destroying the
functionality of your page in WWW terms (preventing, for example, everyone
using a nice expensive portable device with small resolution from visiting
your page in any comfortable way), someone might give more specific advice
on choosing a completely different approach.
