Well, at least you can -try- it. Whether you can -do- it depends on the
user. Speaking for myself: if you succeed, then I'll almost certainly
leave right away, unless you're offering something that I absolutely can't
live without. But your success rate depends whether I'm using my own
browser (carefully configured), or some random installation that I haven't
yet got sorted.
Bottom line: the browser belongs to the user. Interfere with it at your
peril.
