TestiClees. You are in violation of the Lunar Pages AUP on several counts.
4 ACCEPTABLE USE
4.1 You agree that you will not violate the laws, regulations, ordinances or
other such requirements of any applicable Federal, State or local government.
4.3 You agree not to take any action which encourages or consists of any threat
of harm of any kind to any person or property
4.5 You agree not to make any inappropriate communication to any Newsgroup,
Mailing List, Chat Facility, or other Internet Forum.
4.7 You agree not to infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret,
or other proprietary rights of any third party, including, but not limited to,
the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and
distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted
sources, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software.
6 OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY; CONFIDENTIALITY
6.1 It is understood and agreed that during the term of this agreement and
thereafter you may come into possession of information which is the
confidential and proprietary information of Lunarpages including but not
limited to the Lunarpages customer service and maintenance tools. You
acknowledge that all right and title to any such Lunarpages intellectual
property shall remain the sole property of Lunarpages and that you have no
right, title or interest therein. You further agree not to provide access to
the Lunarpages services to any third party. You agree yourself and not to
assist any third party in any way to translate, decompile, reverse engineer,
disassemble, modify, reproduce, rent, lease, lend, license, distribute, market
or otherwise dispose of any portion of the Lunarpages Services. Any and all
right or title to any engineering, coding, programming or customer service work
around or other modification of the Lunarpages service shall also remain the
sole property or Lunarpages.
