To clarify: The *code* of your table is valid, the *application* of your
table and its *styling* is questionable at best!
a) your are using a table for layout purposes and not because that data
is tabular
b) both the use of the table and its styling causes very odd *squishing*
of the text into a long trail of words when your browser window is < 600px

Not sure if this is a language thing, 'garbage' can certainly be an
appropriate description, but what you you mean here?
