We do not know whether the user came from a search engine.
He or she might have come from a NG for example, as well.
Perhaps he or she has a friend who knew the English version.
Now, when the user is well on the english page but knows better another
language,
for example Swedish, he or she would probably appreciate to get informed
that there is an option, that is to choose the Swedish version before he or
she needs to read the whole page to get informed of that.

The search engine has been given to me by my web host. Therefore there is no
language option to select your language.
I might get in touch with them and ask how I could change it.
