Here is my short answer:
1)When I asked a question in a NG I do not adress my question specifically
to one person unless I specify that.
That implies that I may have already got an answer on one subject but that
I would
like to ask again to hear what other people have to say.
2) One question can be also asked again because I may have made some
changes on the website during that time
3) When someone ask me for advice I do not try to figure out that the piece
of advice
I am going to give must be accepted by the person in question.
On the contrary, I think that he or she has to decide whether he or she
wants to use the advice or not.
When I ask someone else for advice, I assume that I can decide afterwards
whether I want to make use of this piece of advice or not
4) What you think it is right may be questionable for me and viceversa. If
you feel it is frustrating that you give a piece of advice which I might not
use,
please do not give any advice
