Thanks for great advice here on alt.html. The page in question did not
validate which is not good though it does validate now and I haven't chewed
up the HTML with a HTML compressor. I found that assigning
'vertical-align:middle' style to the IMG tag to be the cause of the problem
though I do not know why. Thanks again.
